In the years that I have been working as a photographer I have encountered many different questions…I have compiled a list of these to hopefully help you with any questions that you may have! If you have a question that is not answered below please make a list of any of those questions and I would be more than happy to answer them for you!
How do I book my session?
To book your session you can simply email me by using the contact tab located at the top of this page! I will then call you to set up your appointment.
What is included with my session?
Your session includes my shooting time with you, a fully edited downloadable gallery, and personal rights to your gallery images.
When will I receive my images from my session?
You can expect to receive your final images within 3 weeks of your session date. If you would like to receive your images sooner than three weeks, a rush can be applied for $100 which will ensure your images are complete one week after your session date.
How will I receive my images?
Once your gallery is edited, your images will be uploaded to the photo sharing website I use. You will be emailed a link to your gallery, once you receive this link it is important that you download your images. Your gallery will available for download for 2 weeks. After this time frame your gallery will be deleted due to storage constraints.
What if I forget to download my gallery?
If you forget to download your gallery please contact me and your gallery can be re-uploaded for 24 hours for a fee of $25
Do you have a studio?
No. I work mostly with natural light photography.
Where will my session take place?
I prefer to have my sessions outside…not only is it beautiful….it gives us much better lighting…I have carefully searched and found places that provide you with a place that is accommodating to your session as well as providing me with the light to produce the images that you and I will be happy with. When you book your session we can discuss what direction you would like to take with your session and we can work together to find the spot that blend with your tastes.
What do we do if it rains on my session date?
Unfortunately we have to deal with unpredictable weather with outside photography…When we book your first session date I will usually ask you for an alternative weather date at that time.
Why do you have a non-refundable deposit fee?
After much thought and consideration, I have chosen to require a deposit fee…When I schedule your appointment I block that time out especially for you…which means that no one else gets that time…(so please be kind and respect that time). Yes, the non-refundable deposit is transferable to a future session!
I have to cancel my appointment….What do I do?
I ask that you let me know as soon as possible…We all have circumstances out of our control…(sick children, ect) I completely understand this….and am happy to reschedule for you, for no additional charge!
Can I have all the images from my session?
I spend time carefully curating and editing your gallery of images to make sure that you have a variety of images. Most of the images not delivered to you are duplicates of the same pose, poses that just did not work, or someone is not looking quite their best. Please trust me on this! I want you to have images that you love, and that are of the best quality that I can give you!
Can I add a child to my session?
Absolutely! There is an additional fee of $25 for each additional child. This will allow me to spend additional time with each child. You will receive group images of your children, as well as individuals of each child.
